33 years ago today in Warrensburg, Missouri my sweetheart was born.
Today as we celebrate his birth and his life, I can't help but be extremely grateful to his awesome parents and siblings. Not only for bringing him into this world, but for the loving examples they are and the wonderful talents they have helped Dan develop.
They have been so supportive and accepting of our little family and never cease to amaze me with their kindness.
And to my Dan I want to publicly thank you for how hard your work for our little family. The countless tender mercies I witnessed when you were first brought back into my life, let me know beyond a doubt that we were supposed to be together. You have completed my life and have returned a measure of happiness beyond my wildest dreams. You have taken in Toby and Sadie, and unconditionally accepted and fallen in love with them as our own.
I'm overwhelmed by the peace, happiness, and stability in our little family.
Thank you for being patient and understanding with me during the last few months when I haven't been feeling tip top. You always offer comfort, and never complain. You are an awesome example to me and our kids, and I can't wait for our next little baby to join the family.
