The 24th of July is a holiday in Utah, and our second holiday as a new family! We had a great day, we drove up and checked out the Kennecott Copper Mine, the worlds largest open pit mine. It was pretty amazing to see how the mine works and standing near the HUGE tire really helps to put the size of the trucks in the mine in perspective, they look small from the visitors center, but boy are they BIG!

That dump truck may look small...
After we got back from the mine, we went to the Spanish Fork rodeo. This was a great time as well! We got to see kids riding sheep, big kids riding horses, and crazy kids riding bulls! All followed by a great fireworks show. What a fun day. Thanks family!
