Merry Christmas Season!
It's finally here! I really love this time of year, it's the time of family, friends, love and happiness, the saviors birth and (for the new Dad around the house) Santa!
We decided to try out a real tree this year and so far its been great! Especially for our cats... they love it and so we get to redecorate the tree constantly, it's awesome!
Last Christmas was pretty amazing, I was able to attend the Howard family party on Christmas Eve and I had such a great time, I was overwhelmed with the love and spirit that was there. We made stained glass cookies and shared stories of Christmas past. This was also one of the first few times that I was able to come and hang out with Pam after a 12 year hiatus so I was one happy camper!
This year will top last year in so many ways, I am super excited!
We get to attend the Howard family party again on Christmas Eve, but this time as a family! This has been a crazy, insane, busy, hectic, wonderful, fabulous, awesome year and I can't think of a better way to wind that down than with our families.
We also get to attend the Jensen family party on Christmas morning (hopefully not too early!). For crumb cakes, christmas ham and a maybe a mystery drink prepared by my Dad ;)
I am rambling on, but I am so thankful to so many people who have helped to make this the best year of my life, that I have to pass that along.
Pam, Toby and Sadie. I love you and I am sooooo grateful you are all a part of my life! You are the best gifts I will ever receive and I hope you feel at least a portion of that in our daily lives.
I am sooooo thankful for the savior and the gospel. I have been blessed so much in my life and especially this year. I would like to just let you all know that I have a testimony of the love of the savior and I am so grateful for his sacrifice and the gifts that he gives to us all. The gospel has played a very large roll in our lives this year and I know that our leaders and doctrine are inspired of God.
I am sooooo thankful to Pam's family, especially Sharon and Howard, for providing a haven and a home, when Pam needed them most. I am constantly thankful for the help you all have given our family. Words can't give thanks enough for a sacrifice like that, I am so grateful for all of my in-laws, I love you all!
I am sooooo thankful for my family as well, without their great examples and constant love, my life could have turned out a lot different. Your love has taught me a lot and I hope that I can pass along at least a fraction of your love in my children and my home.
I hope that everyone reading our blog this holiday season, has safe and happy festivities. If we don't get to see you, drink an extra cup of eggnog for us and know that we miss you, but wish you the happiest of holiday seasons!
Thanks and Love to All!

You are so awesome. I'm so grateful that my sister has been blessed with you in her life and that you are part of our BIG family. Ditto to all the great comments.
(Pam, love the music!...brings on the memories :-D )
I'm so glad that you were able to find total and complete happiness again...we've missed your laugh and smile for a few years so its great to get to actually spend sometime with you and talk. You have a beautiful wife and two adorable children (though we could always use a few more) LOL! I love you both so much and am so blessed to have such awesome siblings and I'm blessed to have such a cute little girl and loving husband. Can't wait to spend our homemade Christmas with you at mom and dads. I love you! Happy Holidays!
Your Sis!
