A picture is worth a million words they say...
That's right! BOTH of our amazing kids forgot how to use their training wheels!
Anyone who knows Sadie will of course know that this is par for her course. This girl is just so far ahead of her age in just about everything, Pam and I are CONSTANTLY amazed, awed and humored by this little girl of ours!
So Sadie calls me at work and says that she has some big news... "Dad, tonight when you get home, I want you to take off my training wheels!" Boy was I not expecting that! But of course, if Toby can do it, she knows she can do it too.
The whole "Training with Dad" part of this venture lasted, of course with Sadie, for about 5 minutes tops. 1 minute of imparting my wisdom, 1 minute of running along holding her steady and about 4 minutes of Dad flat out running behind her trying to keep up in case she falls. Which, of course with Sadie, never happens! She took to her Bike Sans-Wheels like she was born on a bike seat!
Now I just sit here wondering, far too averagely I'm sure, what will our princess surprise us with next?!

It's kinda funny though, she and Taron must have some psychic connection because he started riding without training wheels this week too! I think it helps having older siblings to keep up with. :)
